Yes, there are seat reservations in NIFT Bangalore.NIFT reserves certain seats for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/GEN-EWS and PwD category. Approximately 27% students seat are reserved in NIFT Bangalore, and all these criteria are as per the rules of GOI and student ministry. Yes, there are a few categories of students who are eligible for seat reservations at WGSHA, Manipal. The seat reservations are applied after the merit list is prepared. This means that students who belong to the reserved categories will only be considered for admission if they have scored the required minimum marks in the entrance examination. Congrats on scoring 85 percentile! Yes, it is possible for you to get a seat in an NIT/IIIT near Tamil Nadu since you will have OBC reservation and female reservation as well. You can pursue BTech from these colleges. You should try for NIT Tiruchirappalli and Indian Institute of Information Technology Tiruchirapalli.

SIMC offers equal and fair opportunity to every student some of the reservations are as below?
- General category:75% of the seats are reserved for students from General Category
- Scheduled Castes (SC): 15% of the seats are reserved for students from Scheduled Castes
- Scheduled Tribes (ST): 14% of the seats are reserved for students from Scheduled Tribes
- Other Backward Classes (OBC): 27% of the seats are reserved for students from Other Backward Classes.
