If the 4 years study of student is in Telangana you should apply through Telangana website, and Telangana Govt should sponsor the scholarship. To apply for fee reimbursement you must belong to SC/ST/BC/EBC/KAPU/MINORIT Y/ DIFFERENTLY ABLED  category. You must also fulfill the given eligibility criteria

1. The annual income of the family must  be less than or equal to Rs.2.50 lakhs.

2. The total land holding of the family should be less than 10.00 acres of wet or 25 acres of dry or 25 acres both wet and dry land together.

3. No member of the family should be a government employee/ pensioner (all sanitary workers irrespective of their salary/ recruitment, are eligible subject to satisfying the other eligibility conditions, except 1 and 6

4. No member of the family should own a four wheeler (Taxies/Tractors/Autos are exempted).
