Since you got the 98,000th rank you may get a seat in Gayatri Engineering College but we cannot assure you that since your rank is low. It is better to have a second opinion on some other colleges you know. The seat eligibility may depend on your category and the course you opt for.

Admission for 85% of the total seats will be done by G.B. Technical University through entrance Examination. (UPSEE ). Rest 15% seats will be filled by the management of the college on the basis of merit and criteria decided by them.

Possibilities are quite low to get into CSE IT group of sastra but still you can try for 2nd and 3rd round of counselling But you may able to get into Non IT group of sastra. Considered both for higher possibilities of admission.

All India Council For Technical Education Approved 300 seat intake. AICTE Appendix 3 norms for intake and number of course. Seats are also reserved for defence forces.
