Yes, you can pursue criminology after your graduation. You need to graduate in any stream with minimum 50% marks in aggregate. You can then apply for 3-year LLL course or 5-year integrated course.

I see your interest to join an NGO. Yes, you can involve in social works by being part of NGO which has goals to serve the society for the well being. You many big NGO's India working for a cause. You have to just go online check various NGO's and register yourself for it and you can volunteer. Volunteering according to your choices.
