Cardiff Met operates two residence halls. Rooms at Plas Gwyn halls are allocated to students at the Llandaff Campus. Whereas the rooms at Cyncoed halls are allocated to students at the Cyncoed Campus. The university also offers private halls of residence to students. 

• The housing prices at Plas Gwyn halls range between GBP 156 - GBP 175 per week
• At Cyncoed halls, the prices per week range between GBP 156 - GBP 225

For UG courses at Cardiff Metropolitan University, the tuition fee is GBP 16,000 per year or INR 20.5 L. Whereas for PG courses, the tuition fees for Indian students is GBP 17,600 or INR 22.63 L.

Cardiff University admission requirements for MSc in Banking and Finance course are:

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant area (Accounting, Banking, Finance or Economics) with a minimum of 2:2 classification. Students with a general Business degree with a relevant pathway or substantive apt module coverage shall be considered on a case by case basis OR
• The applicants are required to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a Finance field OR
• The applicants are required to hold a suitable professional qualification from an apt professional body
• IELTS of 6.0 or equivalent

It was recorded that one third of the Cardiff graduates who got some work experience on-campus through internships or part time job opportunities in the university were directly employed by the employers.
