The Staff Selection Commissioin increased the number of SSC MTS Havaldar 2023 vacancies from 360 to 392 in the final iteration. In view of the increased vacancies, the Commission selected higher number of candidates for the SSC MTS Havaldar PET/PST 2023. The Commission selected 4,380 candidates for the 392 vacancies. The Commission selected more candidates than the specified ratio of 1: 10.
The Commission is expected to release the SSC MTS 2023 Final result in December 2023.

The Commission released the SSC MTS result on October 18, 2023, for the final number of vacancies. The Commission selected 11,255 candidates for the DV and DME. The salary of the SSC MTS posts change with the city of posting and the corresponding Dearness Allowance fixed by the Government of India from Time to time.
