Hi
Gap years are problems only in India. If you can explain the reason for it, there would not be any problem. so choose universities and apply

Hi
Getting a CPL in USA is an extremely costly affair. While the standards are maintained by all flying schools, you might like to compare the cost so choose from here.

Hi
USA being on the top offers various master's in food sciences, technology and beverages too. Few best are Michigan State university, Purdue, IOWA, Cornell. If you want to explore options worldwide, take a look at the following link. As per affordability, that depends on you coz ppl spend 20k to 50

Hi
For USA, Singapore, you need SAT + TOEFL /IELTS to apply.
For Canada and UK you will only need TOEFL/IELTS.
Two/three letters of recommendations and SOP or Personal essay are common to all countries.
