Hi
For ms in us, you need GMAT/GRE and TOEFL/IELTS. if you hv a band 7 in IELTS , it won't matter much for previous qualification. For more info on masters in usa, take a look here.

Hi
The official site for admission info about germany is daad.de. You will get a listing of courses in master's in physics when you search it.
Check their individual requirement and prepare accordingly. In case you are unable to get any specific info, feel free to post here.

Hi
Most of the universities abroad have english as their medium of instruction so its mandatory to take TOEFL/ IELTS. Also, even some university might give admission on the basis of certificate from school but you can face issues during visa.

Hi Sahithi,
You must take both GMAT and TOEFL. Both the tests are different. The requirements are different for each university. If you are looking at top 10, more than 710 on GMAT and nothing less than 100 on TOEFL would be required. For fees, please visit individual university websites.
