Knowing German is helpful but not always mandatory. Many MBA jobs in Germany are available in English which is best for Indians. There are international companies, startups, consulting firms, and multinational organisations.

Yes, MBA jobs in Germany offer good salaries. Pay depends on industry, job role, company, work experience, and location. Management, consulting, finance, and technology roles usually pay higher salaries. These are well paid jobs.
