Trinity has a teaching staff that is constantly complimented by students as they are knowledgeable, easy going and dedicated. A student, who is studying Mechanical Engineering, pointed out that the faculty try to do the best out of each child, are well qualified (some have even PhD) and they provide intense exams so that the academic standard remains high. They are designing their course to create mentoring and confidence to transfer their knowledge towards engineering in the workplace.

The faculty of Trinity College of Engineering and Research at Pune is very qualified and experience oriented with several having their Masters and doctorate degrees and teaching and industrial experiences of more than 10 years. Reviews go as high as 4.1/5 in terms of faculty quality and add that they are supportive, approachable, and mentor in other areas, besides academics. They are highly demanding in their assessment and topical curriculum, which makes the students industry-ready and able to solve problems.

If the admission has been granted to KI, students are not required to accept or reply to confirm the place. In case if the students are conditionally reserved, they are either or required to pay the tuition fees and / or document the degree. Students could also be placed on the reserve list. In this case, refer to the official institute's website.
