UPenn allows students with a GPA score between 3 and 3.5 for PG programs. Students should get a min GPA score of 3.2 for Engineering program whereas its 3.5 for Arts and Science. Students should have a UG degree and submit documents like a resume, SOP, LOR, transcripts, English language requirements, and more. 

If you studied in an English medium school or provide a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate. Some universities also accept alternative tests TOEFL and PTE. Always check with the respective universities. 

Apply to universities like Abu Dhabi University or University of Dubai with a high GPA. This is 3.8 plus GPA and strong English scores. Focus on merit-based programs or government-backed grants for the best chance.

Top choices include Khalifa University, MBZUAI, and UAE University. These institutions cover 100% of tuition, housing, and monthly stipends. These scholarships are very important for graduate and research students in STEM and AI fields.

TOEFL or IELTS scores are valid for no longer than 2 years. 80 is minimum score on the TOEFL's Internet-based Test (iBT). While minimum score of 6.5 is required for IELTS. 

Not all programs offered under Harvard SEAS require a GRE score. GRE is only required for applicants applying to the Master of Design Engineering or the MS/MBA: Engineering Sciences programs.
