3.5 on a 4.0 scale can be enough if a UG program is what you're looking to get into as an Indian student. A 3.0 is good enough for PG courses. Make sure to timely submit your application.

Columbia College in Canada is an undergraduate college for programs like BTech, BSc and BA. The international students can apply for three intakes in a year which are Fall, Spring and Summer.
