The University of Niagara Falls is a Designated Learning Institution. So, yes after completing studies in certain eligibile programs, international students can surely apply for a Post Graduate Work Permit (PGWP).

The students are required to apply for it within 180 days of getting their degree from UNF. Also, international students should not have violated the terms of their Canadian Study Permit. 

As part of the University of Niagara Falls admissions, international students don't really have to pay an application fee. At the end of the process,   the students are just required to pay an enrolment fee of CAD 2K (INR 1.3L).

Additionally, you would be required to have English language proficiency by taking tests like IELTS, TOEFL or PTE.

No, it will be a really difficult task to get into the University of Niagara Falls if you have a GPA of only 2.5. For PG programs at UNF Canada, international students would require a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale minimum.

It depends entirely on your academic schedule. February is the primary intake with the most course options, but the July intake in New Zealand is perfect for Indian students finishing exams in May who wish to avoid a gap year. Both intakes offer the same quality of education.
