Yes, many students take TOEFL in final year of graduation. Just check your college deadlines, and take the test at least 2 months before that.

If you take the test too close to your application deadline, the university may not get your scores on time. This can create problems. So it is better to take TOEFL early to avoid last minute hassle.

Yes. You can take the TOEFL iBT test many times, but you have to wait at least 3 days between two tests. If you don't get your target score the first time, you can try again.

Students are not required to take the GRE (Graduate Record Examination) for all the master's programs, although the students can submit the scores if they benefit the application.

Yes. You should take the TOEFL test before applying because universities ask for your TOEFL score with your application. If you wait too long, your scores may not come in time.

The best time to take the TOEFL test is 2 to 3 months before your university deadline. This gives enough time to get your TOEFL scores and send them to colleges. You also get time to apply without hurry.

Yes, the GMAT syllabus is the same for GMAT online and GMAT at a test centre. The format is the same, applicants can attempt the exam based on their preferred sectional order. The duration of GMAT is also the same for both formats, exceptions for those with accommodations also apply.
