Yes, Ireland is cheaper to study abroad. Cost of studying in Ireland is leser than in most countries like USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc. Students can also study on a scholarship, given that they apply for one in time by submitting complete documents.

The Guardian offers rankings for the UK based universities onle and it also uses some relevant factors for deciding the rank. Some important parameters are entry standards, student-staff ratio, teaching quality, feedback, career prospects etc.

According to the Guardian University Ranking 2026, the University of Liverpool ranks at #21 in 2026 and #27 in 2024. It is an improvement in its ranking. The Guardian ranking for this university has been improving each year since 2024

US News and World Report is very well known to be a recognised leader in graduate school and college and other rankings as well. This ranking body also releases National, Global, Regional and Subject Rankings. In the Global Universities category, University of Liverpool ranks at #137 in 2025 and it maintained stability with the same ranking in 2024.

For Bachelor's degrees, yes you usually need C1 level German. For Master's degrees, no many public universities offer courses 100% in English. Learning basic German (A1/A2) is highly recommended for daily life (shopping, making friends).

No, there are limited scholarships or full waivers availble for the Indian students at Columbia Law School. The financial aids are almost never approved by the school. 

The students looking for financial support can look for external scholarships and loans.
