The North Eastern Federal University in Moscow, & the Chuvash State University is Ufa, are among the cheapest universities for MBBS studies in Russia.

While it is very tough to find universities that offer MBBS studies for free, students can look at German public universities that are known to offer tuition-free medical education to students.
However, students must still have to pay other expenses like semester fees, & living expenses.
Some popular institutes known for offering tuition free medical education includes: RWTH Aachen & Technical University of Munich.

International students seeking admissions to Bilingual courses at the institute are required to provide valid score in NEET, & must clear the university entrance exam for Biology & Chemistry subjects to secure admission.
For students seeking admission to courses taught in Russian must also clear a Russian language test organized by the institute, in addition to the tests listed above.

LMSU on a global scale ranks #200 per the latest Global University Rankings rolled out by Shiksha.

The first year tuition fee of an MBBS course at Ural State Medical University is around INR 3.15 L, while the annual fee for the following five years is around INR 3 L.
This takes the overall course fee for a duration of six years to INR 18.2 L.
Students must also account for the annual costs of living in the region, which varies depending on the kind of accommodation, a student pursues.
