It offers business related vocational and ELICOS courses in different specialisations such as leadership, business and management, health and care, human resources and many more. These courses include certification courses and diploma courses and even advanced diploma courses.

To get an accommodation, students must submit an Accomodation Booking Form available on the website. The college offers different options to the international students whether they prefer homestay or a student's residence. Student must ensure thet the form submission along with the payment is completed atleast 10 days before the arrival.

Student must fill a refund application form and submit it along with the supporting documents to the Students Services Officer. Refund will be processed within the 28 days after the submission of the refund application. The total percent of refund provided to international students is mentioned below.

According to the policy of George Brown College, students will be eligible for a refund within 14 days of course cancellation in following cases:

  • When the course does not start on the date mentioned in Offer Letter.

  • When the course gets discontinued in the middle of the term.

  • When the government's restriction is not permitting the college to provide the whole course.

  • If the course doesn't go as planned, students will automatically get a refund according to guidelines of ESOS Act 2000 and ESOS Regulations 2001.

To get into the UofD MS in Software Engineering, a minimum GPA of 3.0 is required in Bachelor's degree. Also, note that a GPA of 2.7 or higher may be considered with the addition of pre-requisite courses and the approval of the department director / chair and Dean's office. Additionally, the following requirements must also be met:

  • Must have taken courses in programming language such as C+ or Java, Data Structures and Algorithms, Calculus, Machine Organization, and Discrete Mathematics
  • Also, submit IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5 / TOEFL score of 81 in iBT
