Yes, there are some courses at Heidelberg University that does not require any tuition fee but it is not totally free to study MS Courses at University of Heidelberg, there is hostel fee, insurance and also transportation charges. The tuition fee of MS Courses at Heidelberg University are INR 0 – 6.58 L. Also, there are application charges of EUR 75 that is roughly INR 8.06 K.

Yes, you can get into Heidelberg University if you don't know the German Language if you have opted for the course to be taught in English. It is also important to know basic German to adjust well in campus life. Students should meet the least English and German Language scores.

Yes, APS Certificate is an important part of the entry requirement at Heidelberg University, there is no way to clear the entry requirement without APS certificate. It is a non-negotiable for countries like India, Vietnam and China. APS certificate basically is to verify the academic background of the students. It is issued by German embassy.
