No, Indian students would not necessarily be considered automatically for scholarships here. While there is no scholarship application form, the students should still submit a financial aid application.

Generally, Ludwig Maximilian University does not have any tuition fee for international students which would mean that the scholarships offered here cover components like travel, living expenses and other general costs.
The tuition fee for Indian students at Ludwig is the semester fee only and this ranges between EUR 100 to EUR 300 (INR 10.9K to INR 32.8K). And, the living expenses maybe anywhere around EUR 650 (INR 71.1K).

The given factors can definitely improve one's chances of getting in but the academics of a student is the most important criterion.
For courses like a PhD, the research experience can be highly significant.
