The applications for most private universities in France usually open up 12 months before the beginning of the semester. Most public university platforms close their primary application windows between December and March of the preceding year, while private business schools, engineering schools and rolling admissions stretch until May through July of the admission year.

Yes, Indian students are allowed to change their programme at NCI. To do that, students need to submit a change of course request to International Support with the below information:

  • Student ID number
  • Date they applied to National College Ireland
  • Course they selected on the original application and the reason for choosing the same
  • Course they wish to transfer to and reason for transferring
  • Confirm registration with immigration
  • Completed transfer request form

Students may be transferred to the programme based on availablity of seats and meeting the entry requirements of the new course.
