Yes, not for all the students but NYU Abu Dhabi conducts interviews as part of the application process for Indian students. These are via invitation only. 

The whole interview process is highly structured and these are divided into different formats depending on the stage of the student's application. 

Students from all over the world are required to use the Common Application for NYU Abu Dhabi admissions. A separate one for the same is not available.
