To study for more than 4 months up to 1 year in France, you will be required to get a French student visa. The French student visa for that purpose is called the VLS-TS student visa. Upon its expiration, students can avail of a multi-annual residence permit to continue to stay for the further years of their study in France. Thus, the cost of a French student visa for Indian students is €50. Upon acceptance by the desired university, the visa applications will be sent to the French consular authorities automatically.

Polaris and Newton are not college and university itself, neither are they affiliated to any university as a college. They just "partner" with institutions to provide B.Tech degrees. These institutions mostly not well known universities with no legacy and ranking, like Madhavi, Rishihood, which are looking for a new stream of revenue for themselves.
