Yes, students from any of the Heriot-Watt UK campus can transfer to its Dubai or Malaysia campus for a semester or longer. This can be done using the Go Global from the UK programme of the university.
Students can request for a transfer in using the MyHWU - Inter-Campus Transfer application on the Student Self Service portal.
