For the vast majority of Brown University courses, there is only the Fall Intake available at this university.
The Fall intake here can be the main one but some selected professional or the specialised courses may have a Spring intake but it is quite limited.

Yes, students can study at ETH Zurich without IELTS. They can either submit a Medium of Instruction (MOI) or submit a valid score in a test like TOEFL or Cambridge English.

No, ETH Zurich does not allow Indian students to pay the semester fee in installments. Students have to pay the semester fee in full by the given deadline.
Late payment of fee can lead to fines or suspension from attending classes.

And yes, DBS can stop accepting new applications as soon as the seats for a programme is filled.
It can happen even if the DBS general intake period is still open. This BSchool accepts applications all year long (which are January, April and September).
