The Vatel Marco Polo program allows hospitality students to spend an academic year (usually the 2nd or 3rd year) of their degree programme in any of the 50+ Vatel campuses across 4 continents, provided they receive a valid student visa for that country. This allows students to:

  • Explore a new country and its culture
  • Learn an additional foreign language
  • Gain international work experience

As all Vatel schools share the same educational framework, credit transfer is very easy and simple.

No. Vatel Paris only delivers its degree programs in French. However, students can pursue English-taught degrees at the Vatel Bordeaux and Vatel Nimes campus, in France.

Degree programs in English are also available at Vatel Brussels in Belgium and Vatel Martigny in Switzerland.

Getting a seat at Vatel France is somewhat competitive for Indian students. The institute accepts student applications from across the globe and has an acceptance rate somewhere between 75% and 85%.

Students with a strong academic profile, prior work experience in the hospitality/tourism industry, and leadership potential have very good chances of getting a seat here.

For a family of 4 - avg. living expenses in Ireland range from EUR 5,500 to 6,500 per month. These are just the averaged costs and the exact costs will depend on your lifestyle, your requirements and the city in which you live - as it is a well-known fact that the costs also depend and vary as per cities. So a gross annual salary of EUR 75,000 to EUR 90,000 is required for a family to live comfortably in Ireland.
