Yes, international students who want to study at Luxembourg Uni have to submit English language proficiency certificates such as IELTS / TOEFL. As such, minimum scores have not been mentioned by this university. Students must check with the official website of Luxembourg University to know the details. For admission to the Master's degree courses, a Bachelor's degree is required. International students who want to study UG courses should study secondary / high school certificate. 

Yes, Indian students can study at SNU Korea as long as they are applying as a freshman and not as transfer students. Generally SNU does not accept credits achieved from other higher education institutes. Therefore, transfer students from Indian universities may not get through the application round, let alone the screening round.

1. Find the available South Korean scholarships for your course and college
2. Check their application window to apply timely
3. Check whether you're eligible for the scholarship or not
4. If eligible, collect required documents such as LORs, SOPs and marksheets
5. Submit scholarship application and if required - appear for interview.
