There are two main intake for Indian student in Germany as mentioned below- 

• Winter Semester- Oct or Nov start. Application deadline- May–Jul for most universities. This is main intake. It has most programme available.

Summer Semester- Mar or Apr start. Application deadline- Nov to Jan. Few programs are available but useful for students who miss winter intake.

• Private universities also offer rolling admissions and flexible start dates.

Please Note- Focus on Winter Sem as it has more programme options and more seats.

For the flagship MBA programs at London Business School, Indian students need to apply for the August intake which is usually the main intake of the year. 

The applications for the same open in the previous September which generally span from September till April

Indian students should try to apply as soon as possible to allow time for visa processing.

Yes, students can change their course or major at NEU Boston. Students can request for the same to the college's advising office. Indian students may have to submit a Change of Degree Level (CDL) form to Northeastern Uni via the myOGS portal.

Contact the Northeastern Uni admission office to know more about how credits may be transferred.

Yes, students can study at NEU Boston without submitting IELTS score. Students can either submit valid scores in other tests like TOEFL, Cambridge and Duolingo or apply for language proficiency waiver. Given below are average test scores accepted in English tests-

Below mentioned are the German student visa processing times-

•     Standard processing- 6–10 weeks after submission of document 

•     Top periods (July–September)- Can extend to 10–14 weeks

•     Priority visa- Available at some consulates for additional fee (INR 50K extra), reduce processing to 2–4 weeks

•     LOR- Apply about 3–4 months before your course start date

•     Common reasons for delay- Incomplete documents, blocked account not opened, health insurance not active, language certificates missing

Yes, students can study at LMU Munich without learning German. There are several English-taught courses that only require valid scores in English language tests such as IELTS or TOEFL.
