Hi.

Yes, you can study BTech in Germany, but the degree is usually called “Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng)” or “Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)” in Engineering, not “BTech.”
The programs are equivalent to BTech and accepted worldwide.

For German-taught B.Eng/B.Sc

12th grade with strong marks in Maths + Physics + Chemistry

Proof of German language:

B1/B2 for Studienkolleg

C1 for direct admission

Pass Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) after Studienkolleg (Foundation course)

12th grade with good marks

English proficiency:

IELTS 6.0–6.5 or TOEFL 80–90

No German needed (but recommended for daily life).

Hi.

While your course is in session (during semesters / teaching periods / exam periods / when enrolled in classes), you may work up to 48 hours per fortnight (i.e. every 2 weeks).

During official study breaks (semester breaks, summer/winter holidays, when classes are not in session), you may work unlimited hours.

“Work” includes all paid employment (part-time, casual, multiple jobs), and also any unpaid work or internships if they “replace a paid position.”
