Poornima University applies regional fee structures to SAARC applicants. Enrolled students from Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka pay domestic tuition rates. They do not face higher international dollar fees. This baseline policy impacts the overall cost of moving abroad for regional candidates. It creates a multi-cultural classroom demographic.

The University of Galway does not have a dedicated scholarship that waives off 100% of the tuition fee. However, the students can target the prestigious Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship (GOI-IES) for Master's/PhD courses.

The GOI-IES covers full tuition fee and registration and a EUR 10,000 (INR 12.8L) stipend for 1 year of study.

Indian students with great academics applying for PG courses are eligible for it. They can apply for it if they have an offer of admission from the University of Galway and an application via the official Higher Education Authority (HEA) portal
