For admission to Dundee University, Indian students are required to apply via UCAS. Students who want to apply for PG courses, Indian students can apply via the university's portal. Another source (Wikipedia) lists RIT Dubai as having about 2,200 students (with around 2,000 undergraduates and 200 postgraduates) as a rough estimate. 

A more recent “Executive Summary” document (2021/2022) for RIT Dubai shows 1,113 undergraduates + 165 graduate students, i.e. a total of about 1,278 enrolled students at that time.
