Durham University is the center of education in UK. It is ranked greatly at #15. The University offers over 300+ courses at both UG and PG level altogether. For admission to Johannes Gutenberg Uni Mainz, Indian students have to apply via the university specific portal. There is an application processing fee at this university. The application processing is EUR 75 (Around INR 8.1k). Indian students who are thinking to apply to this university must submit an APS certificate. A few other documents required to apply to this university are-
- A copy of id card or passport
- Complete CV
- Language proficiency certificate as required by the program

The MAHE Dubai rankings are not featured in the top ranking bodies like the QS. Times Higher Education or the US News and World rankings. Instead, it is rated as a 5-star institution by Dubai's Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

Yes, GRE is still required as dMAT has not replaced it. dMAT is an aptitude test required for the APS documentation process, and GRE is a university admissions test. Both these exams differ in their purpose and the courses/documents they're used for.
On a completely different note, you may check with your German university whether they can waive the GRE requirement for your case or not. It's completely the university's call.

No. Exemptions apply only to the specific APS procedure you're currently going through. Any new APS application you start later will follow whatever rules are in effect at that time.
