In Germany, there are lots of requirements to get admission in any university. New Zealand is better than Germany. Also Germany is very expensive country. But, you have interested in technologies then German is perfect, because Germany's technologies are one of the best in the world.

Listening to your situation and experience, if you go to Dubai or any other gulf country now, you would get salary more than you are getting now i.e. if you're getting Rs.20,000, so there you'll get up to Rs.4 to Rs.45,000 and living expenses are also negotiable.
I hope it helps.

Why not? If you meet the requirements you can. See that you have good academic grades and take the IELTS or TOEFL. You must contact the college for admissions in MS as your visa will be valid only for four years initially. You can also look for integrated options or pathway programs.

You can apply, check the entry requirements before applying. The top universities will be very difficult as they have higher requirements and candidates with previous backlogs are not preferred. You must also take the IELTS or TOEFL. In case you take IELTS a score of 6.5 with no section less than 6
