You need to take and clear an IELTS test with 6 band, not less than 5.5 in each module.

Of course, it's a great idea but it will be worth if you really have interest in fashion designing.
Best of luck.

Poland is a Schengen Visa country and any degree from its universities will be recognized all over Europe. Being comparatively inexpensive, it's a much sought after destination. Rest depends on your degree, do check it's validity for working in India esp. for medicines, law, architecture.

Hello,
Applications for Spring 2018 will be available from March 2017. Australia and NZ have intakes mainly in Feb and July. So the applications will be available from February 2017 itself. Whereas, for US universities you can apply in April 2017 for Spring 2018 intake.
All the best.

After break means you lost lots of time in 12th or in Engineering degree? You don't get top abroad universities. You can get simple abroad universities including fees are high. You have to complete your Bachelor's degree, then you have lots of options to get into abroad. Don't waste time.

TU9 is bit tough, but Magdeburg, Weimar and also applied science universities like:
1. TH KOLN.
2. HTW – Berlin.
3. JENA.
4. Flensburg and many more.
Your score in GRE and IELTS is quite well.
All the best.
