You need to clear Jee Mains and then Advanced in order to get into IIT. Talking about marks, it depends on multiple factors and you can't predict that accurately. You can check out the marks for last few years and set a target. You should also look out for some best alternate universities like BITS, SRM, Lovely Professional University etc which stand on the same notes of quality education.

The chennai campus may offer you a better quality of education, due to it's better facilities and teaching quality.
