The national college of engineering, Tamil Nadu is just any other average college which is due to some people couldn't grow as much it deserved and is now an average college with average placement records.

I assume that your wife has not completed 12th exams. So, one needs to complete 12th boards before pursuing any course in any University.

Hi Vasanth!
It is up to you. Madras University is a reputed university and I don't see any reason why you shouldn't pursue B.Com from there.
