Except for Anna University, other government colleges do not have good placement records or training facilities, so better avoid those.

At first, my congratulations. Yes, you are getting good seats even if you stand in general category but chances are slim in government college. Instead of government, I believe that you must try with privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite a high fee, starting from 4 lacs P.A (tuition fees) in a common scenario.
