But, Vellore is the top most institute compared to NITs. It has a very good record but it is a private university so it has a very high fee structure. Hope this got cleared up. Good luck!

The admissions at VIT is purely based on the ranks secured in the VITEEE examination. So, if you haven't given it, then I don't think you could get admission.
The seats are already filled in all the categories.
So, you may contact the admin if you want but you cannot get admission right now.

You have good chances of getting the computer science engineering branch at the main campus of SRM University, but it depends on the availability of seats also.
