Hello,
Greetings from Shiksha!
Check for NIT, Trichy and NIT, Madras if you had given your JEE Mains or Advanced else you can have VIT, SRM, Geetham, Sastra University, etc. which have a good career for CSE. Kindly have a look at theses institutes as well. Good luck!

Your rank will be around 20000 so you may get the main campus of SRM University. You can easily get other campuses with this rank.
The branches at main campus may not be good for your rank. You may get chemical engineering, civil engineering, mechatronics, etc. but at the other campuses you can get all the courses.

If you are specifically aligned to CSE and if you are getting it in NIT, Raipur then go for it, otherwise if branch is not an issue and you are targeting for knowledge then mechanical engineering is one of oldest and good branches of NIT, Raipur.

If you could tell me your rank in the AEEE examination then I may help you easily as the marks cannot predict the ranks, it is a dilemma whether you could get admission or not.

You have good chances of getting almost all the courses like chemical, civil, electronics, electrical, computer science, etc. as you belong to Tamil Nadu, your home state rank has made you eligible for the seat.

The admissions into Amrita University and its other campuses are based on the rank secured in AEEE. They don't consider JEE Mains marks as it is a private deemed university. Score a rank like 4000 to get Amrita University.
