There are many mock tests/sample tests available online to check your current preparation level for GMAT. Take those and see how much more preparation is required and plan accordingly. As per the choice of city, you must look for convenience and adjustments as relocating just for coaching sometimes causes distractions as well.

You may pursue M.Sc in environmental science in Bhartiyar University. The curriculum of Bhartiyar University is very good, and you will get to learn a lot.
