No. Anna University will not release TANCET normalised scores for MBA or MCA exam. Since the MBA and MCA exam is held in a single shift, Anna University does not require to normalise the TANCET scores. Candidates will find the TANCET actual marks as well as percentile score in the TANCET results.
Candidates can use the TANCET answer key to calculate their actual marks. Percentile score calculation requires candidates to have the knowledge of total number candidates who have secured better marks, and the total number of test takers.

With 75 marks in TANCET 2025 for MBA, you can get admission in Karpaga Vinayaga College of Engineering and Technology if your rank matches the cutoff. The TANCET cutoff for MBA in 2024 in the Open Category was 6140. If your rank is less than this cutoff, you can get admission through counseling. Make sure you take part in the TANCET counseling procedure, as seats are distributed on the basis of merit and category-wise cutoffs. Category reservations and seat availability can also affect your admission chances.

TANCET exam cutoffs are released on the official counselling website. Candidates can check the TANCET cutoff from the previous year as soon as the counselling website is updated for the subsequent session. DTE Tamil Nadu releases TANCET cutoff m, arks as well as TANCET cutoff ranks separately for both MBA and MCA courses. Candidates can find the cutoff score based on the category in the TANCET cutoff PDF.

There is no passing mark for TANCET exam. Anna University does not mention the qualifying status for the candidates in the results. All test takers for the TANCET exam find their actual marks and percentile score mentioned on their exam mark sheet. However, only the candidates who meet the cutoff scores set by participating colleges pass the TANCET exam. TANCET cutoff marks vary every year depending upon multiple factors.

In the TANCET Reading Comprehension section, candidates will get one mark for each correct response marked by them. However, candidates will loose 1/4 mark for each incorrect response marked by them in the exam. Candidates must strategise attempting the questions to avoid negative marking. Knowing the TANCET marking scheme helps candidates plan the answers better. Therefore, candidates must practise with sample papers and mock tests to help them improve their time management in the exam. This will inturn help candidates improve accuracy while answering questions.
