Since you did not pursue B.Ed till now, it would be tedious to again study for 4 years. But, it is better than doing Diploma in B.Ed. So, go for a B.Tech.

Both UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the selection of assistant professor and JRF. And the minimum eligibility criteria is post-graduation degree. The candidates can apply for their post-graduation subject or its related subject only. As you have completed both MBA and M.Sc. You are eligible
