Hi,
Eligibility criteria-
Candidates must have 50% marks or an equivalent grade in any of the following programs: B.Ed./ B.A. B.Ed./ B.Sc. B.Ed./B.EI.Ed./ D.EI.Ed. with an undergraduate/postgraduate degree (with 50% marks in each) or any equivalent grade.
Final year appearing candidate can also apply on provisional basis.

Hi,
You can do distance special M.Ed in mental retardation from IGNOU.
Eligibility Criteria-
B.Ed. Special Education or equivalent degree approved by Rehabilitation Council of India with an aggregate of 50% marks in the respective disability area.
2.2 years teaching experience/ professional experience. OR 2 years experience as Headmasters/ Principals/ Special Education functionaries. Programme Fee:Rs 36,000 for the entire programme for entrance test qualified candidates only.

Eligibility and Selection Procedure for BEd in Indian Institute of Professional Studies
Bachelor of Education Programme (B.Ed.) is a Two year correspondence course. All students who have passed B.A./B.Com./B.Sc. from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pardesh or Recognised Universities under U.G.C. or Equivalent are eligible for admission to this course. Eligibility- The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks. Please specify college name.
