Candidate must have graduate degree in Civics / Political Science / History / Geography / Physical Medicine (MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BUMS ) Education, Nursing (GNM), Sociology from a recognized University.

Eligibility for IGNOU B.Ed Admission 2019:-
(a) At least 50% marks either in the Bachelors Degree and /or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualifications equivalent thereto.
AND
The following categories are eligible to be students of B.Ed. (ODL):
(b)
(i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education
(ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to face mode.

You should go for the exam UGC JRF {NET}. After that, you will be eligible for assistant professor post but UGC had made it compulsory to pursue Ph.D for the professorship.
After the completion of Ph.D or along with continuing Ph.D you will get a job in the teaching field.

Hi, As per my knowledge integrated M.Sc+B.Ed graduates are eligible for CTET. Only those candidates who are pursuing a regular mode of course in correspondence course passed out in the same year are ineligible as per NCTE norms. All the best.
