Yes, Integrated B.Ed course is approved by the government. Eligibility criteria-
Minimum qualification required is 10+2 pass (Arts, Commerce or Science) from a recognised board. Minimum marks requirement may vary from one institute to another. Generally, it is around 45-55% aggregate marks.

Yes, you can appear in UGC NET exam even if you have completed your post-graduation from distance learning. Make sure to check other eligibility criteria before applying to the exam. Check details here- https://www.shiksha.com/exams/ugc-net.

You should go for the exam UGC JRF {NET}. After that, you will be eligible for assistant professor post but UGC had made it compulsory to pursue Ph.D for the professorship.
After the completion of Ph.D or along with continuing Ph.D you will get a job in the teaching field.

See, according to previous year trends, you have to score a minimum of 40% marks in the entrance exam.
