Yes, you can do B.Ed, but only from a private institute as admission may be difficult in government institute, as your marks are quite low but still you can pursue B.Ed. Good luck.

You need to appear for Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET).
You should pass your B.Sc. Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade. For SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates, it's minimum.

Admission to Integrated M.Sc, B.Ed in Chemistry is on the basis of CUCET exam, which is an all-India level entrance exam.

First of all, I would say that don't go for B.Ed. In distance mode because every school values the regular B.Ed. More than the distance mode as it is of totally practicing a profession. Besides this some universities are there if you do B.Ed. From those then it will not be considered by the schools as those are not recognized by NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education). Therefore, I will suggest you to go for regular B.Ed. So that you can be an effective teacher.

Minimum criteria- Students should pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% or equivalent level examination from a recognised board or institute.
