Hi,
Yes, you can pursue B.Ed after completing BCA. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) form a recognised board/university with atleast 50% marks.

Yes, you can do B.Ed in computer science. Eligibility for B.Ed in computer science:
The students who wish to get admission into B.Ed in computer science must have successfully completed their high school /10+2 or equivalent exam in any stream from any recognised board. The students are also expected to achieve a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in their final exams of graduation.

IGNOU is better because it is a recognised university. The B.Ed course offered by IGNOU is aimed to train, enhance skills and inculcate teaching pedagogy among the in-service teachers.
