Teacher Eligibility Test is conducted in two-level namely paper 1 and paper 2. Paper - 1 (Primary Level) for those candidates who want to become a teacher in primary school (class 1st to class 5th) and Paper - 2 (Upper Primary Level) for those candidates who want to become the teacher in junior school (class 6th to class 10th). Yes, you can appear for TET exam after B.Ed TET eligibility:
Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) or Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 1- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to time in this regard. Minimum 60% marks are required to qualify the TET and the TET qualifying certificate is valid for seven years for appointment in schools. There is no restriction for appearing for the TET exams, you can take the TET for improving your scores every year. Thanks.

D. El. Ed is Diploma in Elementary Education. D. El. Ed. A Diploma course. Through it, you can apply for PRT teacher, but B.Ed is a degree course, through it you can apply for TGT/PGT depending on your qualification, as you are graduated/postgraduate. D.El.Ed is valid up to PRT level.

As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamil Nadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course. So, you can't apply B.Ed from Annamalai University. Thanks.
