Yes, you can apply for UGC NET Home Sciences as DFSM is related to Home Sciences. The National Testing Agency conducts the UGC NET Exam for the different subjects in India. A candidate can only appear in UGC NET for that subject in which he/she pursued the master degree. So, make sure you meet all the required eligibility criteria before apply. The NTA will conduct UGC NET twice a year. So, be updated with all the latest updates regarding the exam dates.

Hello,The candidates who want to make a career in lectureship or research can apply for the UGC NET or CSIR NET exams. The UGC NET Exam is held for more than 94 subjects for Arts, Commerce and other subjects. The candidates can apply for the subject in which they have completed the post-graduation degree or its related subject only. The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed. course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) form a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks.

Admission shall be done on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance test conducted by IGNOU on an all over India basis. You must have at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Trained in-service teachers in elementary education. A complete NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face to face mode. For more details check official website, www.ignou.ac.in.

Hi,Issuance of On-line Forms will start from June. Candidates having passed minimum three years Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University with 50% marks (for General Category) and 45% marks (for Reserved Category) are eligible to apply.
