Hello Saurabh,
As per the official guideline, the candidates can apply for the subject of their post-graduation and it's related subjects only. The Science stream candidates can apply for the CSIR NET for five subjects while other stream candidate candidates can apply for the UGC NET for one of the 85 subjects. Both the UGC NET and CSIR NET exam are held for the same purpose that is to determine the eligibility for assistant professor posts in the universities or colleges and for the junior research fellowship award.

You can apply for UGC NET, if you have scored more than 55% marks in the final exams. There are 5% reservation for the reserved category candidates. The candidates need to fulfill the age limit criteria if applying for the NET JRF. There is no age limit for the lectureship. If you have score the required percentage, then you can apply for the exam. All the best.

The UGC NET Exam dates for the December month is out the exam is from 18 Dec 2018. Environmental Science is a major subject of National Eligibility test. He candidates completed the Masters in Electronics are eligible to appear in the exam. The best Books to prepare for the UGC NET Environmental Science is given. For becoming a Hindi language teacher, you have UG/PG in which Hindi is as one of the subject. Then passed B.Ed. And then qualify state TET/CTET or TGT/PGT. And apply according to the vacancies.

As per my knowledge and my experience, you are definitely eligible for B.Ed as well as LLB is courses does not require or do not have any specifications regarding regular open so many students having graduation degree, either from open over from regular can apply for you need to worry you can easily proceed further.

No. You can't. According to UGC guidelines, you need to pursue M.A. Hindi, Then you will be eligible for lecturer. Besides this basic requirement you have to clear NET/ Ph.D.
