B.Ed is a programme designed to equip one with skills required for teaching at primary and secondary levels at schools across India. The subjects taught during B.Ed include:

8. Education evaluation and assessment
All these subjects equip a candidate with necessary skills to undertake teaching, hence they aid in joining teaching profession post your UG or Masters. There is no specific advantage of doing this after B.Com. You may do a B.Ed post any other course too after B.Com. You can expect to teach commerce/maths/stats subjects as a TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) at schools. As teaching is a highly revered profession, this will be of some achievement.
