Eligibility: The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Ed is listed below:
-Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised university.
-A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation.

Yes, you can definitely apply for the UGC NET Exam if you have completed the Masters in the Library Sciences, the aspirant completed the Master's degree from the IGNOU or distance learning programme is applicable to apply for the UGC NET Exam.
