Yes, you can definitely apply for the UGC NET Exam if you have completed the Masters in the Library Sciences, the aspirant completed the Master's degree from the IGNOU or distance learning programme is applicable to apply for the UGC NET Exam. To appear in the UGC NET Exam, you need to complete the Masters in the Library Science with around 55 % marks in the programme. The UGC NET Exam is mainly conducted for the aspirants those want to make a career in the lectureship and research programme. There is no age limit to apply in the UGC NET Exam.
