For pursuing B.Ed, one has to fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
Eligibility: The minimum eligibility criteria for B.Ed is listed below:
-Successful completion of graduation in any of Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) or Bachelor in Commerce (B.Com) from a recognised university.
-A minimum aggregate score of 50% in graduation.
-A minimum aggregate score of 55% at post-graduate level.

Yes, you can definitely apply for the UGC NET Exam if you have completed the Masters in the Library Sciences, the aspirant completed the Master's degree from the IGNOU or distance learning programme is applicable to apply for the UGC NET Exam. To appear in the UGC NET Exam, you need to complete the Masters in the Library Science with around 55 % marks in the programme. Let me introduce you with the UGC NET exam and the selection for lectureship. UGC NET (University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test) is an entrance exam which is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) for the post of Assistant Professor and for Junior Research Fellowship.
