No, you can't. Candidates who have Masters degree or are in the qualifying year of the post-graduation can apply for the UGC NET exam. You can definitely appear for the UGC NET Exam in HR and Management Subject. The UGC NET Exam is conducted every year and several candidates apply for this exam from different subjects. The UGC NET Exam is conducted twice in a year. The Exam of June is over and the results is announced, now it is time for UGC NET Exam to be conducted in December.
